1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "gt555", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the gt555 platform operating at https://gt555.bio, held under an international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the gt555 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the gt555 platform.

• You must not already hold an active or suspended gt555 Account. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, and device is permitted.

gt555 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason.

4. Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. gt555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify gt555 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Notification should be made via the live chat facility inside your Account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].

• You may not share, transfer, sell, or assign your Account or any Account balance to any other person.
• You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• gt555 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, multiple account registration, or breach of these terms.

Account verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals are processed and may be requested at any time. You will be asked to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Documents must be clear, current, and unaltered.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gt555 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your gt555 Account balance in PKR on a real-time basis following successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• gt555 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — please verify with your provider prior to transacting.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on the Platform. Deposits cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your Account balance.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the gt555 payments team following KYC verification.
• Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within ten minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. You must have completed full identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• gt555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further review under its AML obligations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

gt555 offers a range of bonus promotions to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• Welcome Bonus: The first-deposit welcome bonus is available to new Players who complete Account registration and KYC verification. The bonus is credited to your Account in PKR as Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through irregular gameplay patterns, arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies across multiple Accounts, or any other method deemed by gt555 to constitute bonus abuse, will have their Bonus Funds and any associated winnings voided and their Account suspended.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, a maximum withdrawal cap may apply to winnings generated from Bonus Funds. The applicable cap is stated on each promotion page.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the gt555 Platform — including slots, table games, live dealer titles, crash games, and fishing games — are provided by certified third-party game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently audited and certified for fairness and randomness.

• Game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG systems and are not subject to manipulation by gt555 or by any Player.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error during a session, the result of that game round may be voided. Where a round is voided, the stake placed will be returned to your Account balance.
• gt555 does not accept responsibility for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages that are beyond the Platform's direct control.
• gt555 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that was placed or generated due to a software malfunction, pricing error, or system fault, even if the fault was not immediately apparent at the time of play.
• Players are required to familiarise themselves with the rules of each individual game prior to wagering real PKR. Game rules are accessible via the information panel within each game.

8. Sports Betting

The gt555 sportsbook provides pre-match and live in-play betting markets across cricket (including PSL, ICC tournaments, and domestic competitions), football, tennis, basketball, UFC, and other sports. The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance at gt555's discretion. gt555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after acceptance, where it reasonably suspects irregular betting patterns or market manipulation.
• Odds: Odds displayed are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at which a bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet — subsequent changes do not affect accepted bets.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, gt555's decision — made in accordance with industry standard settlement rules — is final.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. gt555 is not liable for bets placed after an event's outcome has been materially determined but where the result was not yet reflected in the live odds feed.
• Abandoned or Postponed Events: In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the specific sport's settlement rules.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum single-bet payout limit applies across all sports and markets. The current limit is displayed within the sportsbook interface. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit will be staked at a reduced amount to comply with the limit.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gt555 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed below will have their Account immediately suspended, all balances and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using your own identity, a third party's identity, or a fabricated identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration selected and cannot be lifted at your own request during the exclusion period.
